Privacy policy

Gabacho's is still being built. We collect only the information needed to answer messages, manage opening updates and understand whether the website is useful.

Information you choose to provide

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. If you join the Trail Crew, we collect your email address and the time you signed up.

Optional first-party analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” we record an anonymous session identifier, the page viewed, general referral source, campaign tags and clicks on ordering, signup and Instagram links. The session identifier lasts only for the browser tab. We do not use advertising cookies, buy personal information or track you across other websites.

How we use information

We use contact information to respond to you, signup information to send occasional Gabacho's updates, and anonymous analytics to understand traffic, popular pages and whether posts or events bring people to the site.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information is handled by Gabacho's and the service providers needed to operate this website. We keep contact messages and signup records only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or required by law.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics when asked. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or unsubscribe from updates, by emailing drinkgabachos@gmail.com.

Children

This website and its signup forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business, website and ordering system develop. The date above will show the latest revision.
